Local Food

The kitchen at Marmelkoken offers homemade cooking, based on local ingredients, proudly honoring our traditions and inherited recipes.

We offer a menu based on good tastes and local ingredients - often grown or foraged by Marmelkroken employees or sourced from our local producers. ​

We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in our restaurant which seats 45 guests and may be expanded.  And we take pride in serving local food and making you feel like home.

Over the last few years we have been processing more and more of what we serve, such as the soft drinks that we serve with our meals; based on what we forage and harvest on our land. Some of red currants and of course our famous meadowsweet cordial.
